Okay, so what I wanna know is this: did Castiel really irritate that entity to resurrection? Because, if so, that would be the best resurrection is SPN history, and we’ve had some good ones. “Brought back by sheer exasperation,” is a total winner.
This episode of SPN is all my favorite things ever! Let’s make a list:
1) Sam losing his shit at Dean again and getting some catharsis and telling him his real feelings!
2) Jack being precious as gold and getting a hug!
3) Castiel being a badass and mouthing off while getting his ass kicked!
4) Dean telling Sam to keep the faith because he can’t (and finally expressing that after all this time)
5) Castiel turning his face to the sun.
6) Jack smiling after Dean is nice to him and his shoulders finally relaxing a little.
WHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT IS HAPPENING IN THIS EPISODE????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Real talk, y’all. SPN hasn’t had a season start off so strong in years. And that’s saying a lot for where these characters are starting out, probably at their lowest point in years.
