Theory: the aggressive “no homo!”-ing of the show is to counterbalance the wild “YES HOMO!”-ing of its cast. 

Seriously, though, I love that their conceptions of masculinity (and in most cases straight-dude-ness) can include all this physical affection and teasing and no one worries about it. What lovely and beautiful men.
