I realized in my last photoset that I totally left Shepard out of the equation as to why I couldn’t romance anyone other than Kaidan when I sorted through these screencaps. Do you see how freaking sad he is right before the, “It’s true. I’ll never know what I missed.” 1st pic: so sad. 2nd pic: so in love. 3rd pic: that SMILE. And those are such brief moments in the scene. Five seconds or less. TBH, I have no idea how people can question this couple as anything other than only the best thing ever.

“You, of all people, should know what I’m about, Kaidan.”

Check out that hurt expression. Seriously, man is responsible for saving the whole galaxy and uniting all the races, but losing the trust of the man he loves? Hardest challenge he’s ever faced. (At least in my game, since I was not above romance mod-ing for all 3 games.)

Also, to answer your question, yes I AM just trying to screencap as much angst as possible. IF I HAVE TO HAVE ALL THESE FEELS, YOU SUFFER WITH ME, TUMBLR!!!! :3

I was sorting through my ME3 screencaps last night, and these two looks. These two looks here are the reason I have NEVER been able to romance anyone other than Kaidan with MShep or FemShep. Ever. I wish I had it in me to go for Miranda or Garrus or Thane, but no. They never look at Shepard that way. Their romance tears my heart to pieces. Every. Single. Time.
